Some of the dopest rap I’ve heard in a while, The Extremeties have a funky style and a damn good sound. They rap pretty weell too, as you’ll hear on the both these tracks. New Season is an upbeat party song and Dial Tones has an offbeat sound with some shady lines. CHeck em out.

A.D.O.R. stands for another dimension of rhythm and is a Washington Heights, NYC based rapper. This track was produced by Pete Rock who is critically acclaimed as one of the best producers in the Hip-Hop industry. A unique horn loop gives this track an infectious feel. A.D.O.R.’s tight rhymes on top of the dope production make for a real banger.
Coming on September 23rd is PUTS’ 8th studio album, Highligher. Seeing as the past 7 have been excellent and classic Hip-Hop creations I expect nothing less from the new record. Released via their Twitter, here is a video preview for the album.
You can also follow Piecelock 70 on twitter (the group’s music group) to get updates and previews of the P.
Some more solid Hip-Hop here. Median has the skill to match any up-and-comer out there and the production for this song is sweet. Just a real solid track. Check it out hip-hop heads.
Here is a filthy remix to a dope house song. Hed Kandi took his original masterpiece and amped it the fuck up. The drop is well worth the wait and is similar to the uber-popular House song, Knas. Check it out for a real jam. Shout out to po money for showing me the track
Last year Pretty Lights did a remix of a bunch of popular songs and put them on his website without annoucement, thus “unreleased”. This one is particularly nice and after hearing him at Lollapalooza this year I decided any fan of good music needs a heavy saturation of Pretty Lights. The original Kanye West track already has a bit of an electro accent to the Hip-Hop base, and with this remix PL takes it to a whole other level. Listen to the tracks back-to-back and you will hear the true genius in this remix. I say, I say, Ch-check it outtttt.
LOX is a NYC based rap group composed of Jadakiss, Sheek Louch, and Styles P. I think that says a lot about the talent present on this track. The production on this track is real unique a mellow kick and snare with a keyboard over it gives an underground track a unique feel. On top of the dope production Jadakiss, big sheek and styles P lend real lyricism to gritty street tales. Download this shit!
