Who doesn’t love a good instrumental? And honestly, sometimes the music is all you really need. So here are three of my favorites tracks to cool out to when I’m tired of lyric lead licks. From the jazzy piano of From a Seaside Town, to the tight drums of Mbira Beat, to the cool guitar in Just Chillin’, these three cuts should set your mood toward a laid back and fufilling summer. Check em out if you dig música sin vocales. Word. Well, no words.

Well we are right in the middle of March Madness now, with teams rising and teams falling I’m sure nobody’s bracket is perfect, especially mine. So here are a few tracks to bump and roll to while your teams are winning, or losing. First track is a Public Enemy classic from 98. The next is a great song from Nelly that features some unreal vocals from the Lincoln Univeristy Vocal Ensemble. The last is a just a solid hip-hop track with great flow from Aim, off the straight-gold-riddled-album, Cold Water Music. All are cuts every self-respecting hip-hop fan should have. Check em out.
